I first want to recommend the book, “The Permanent Pain Cure” by Ming Chew. This book was recommended to me by another RMT who teaches fascial and vertebral stretches from The Ming Method in this book. With each massage treatment that I do, I include body stretches, especially the arms and front of the chest. I also solidly recommend dealing with the fascia with remedial exercises. As you now know, when the fascia is tight and not functioning properly nothing else is functioning optimally, thereby creating pain, decreased circulation and decreased ROM.
