And remember that if you aren’t perfect at completing your morning and evening routines every single day, it’s ok. Stay open to being even better the next day, however do remember, this isn’t about perfection, judgement guilt or shame, it’s about creating happiness for yourself. It’s about putting yourself first and taking back your time for you. You are the most important person in your life, so let’s start treating yourself that way. I give you permission to put yourself first. 😊
Do note that if you haven’t been scheduling/taking this time for yourself, get back on the horse as soon as possible, especially if the reason is because you are putting someone else’s needs before your own. I’m sure, unless it’s an emergency, that other person (or task) and their needs can wait an hour or two.
You can do this because you are number one and you deserve good things in your life.
