Well, let’s start with becoming present: who are you?

Have you ever really thought about who you are?

What do you identify with/what labels do you put on yourself?

Mother, sister, employee, entrepreneur? How about going beyond these identities, looking past the physical form.

Can you really look inside yourself and start to identify with the being inside the body? Can you live life like a movie, sitting as a spectator of the excitement (whether positive or not) happening around you?
