You are well on your way to living a pain-free life!

It’s very important to strengthen muscles after they have been loosened. If they aren’t strengthened, there could be too much flexibility and therefore create issues within the joints like hyperflexion or hyperextension.

Remember to do these stretches and exercises in the same order, and do them as much as possible. If you are feeling tightness or discomfort anywhere, immediately go back to drinking 2-3L of water a day, deep breathing and stretches/foam rolling/tennis ball rolling your glutes. It’s quite simple to keep your body pain-free, you must make this a routine and a new habit. Learn to appreciate your body and give it all of the things that it needs to function optimally.

There is always a mind-body connection. When your mind is calm, you body will follow suit and when your body is calm and pain free, your mind will feel less chaotic. When you are ready, there is so much more waiting for you – meditation, forgiveness, self love, and more!!
