Benefits after Meditation

  • You will begin to see and feel dramatic changes after a few consecutive days
  • You will begin to have a beautiful, sacred evening and morning ritual when including meditation.
  • You will see that many relationships around you will change – some for the good and some for the “not so good”. What’s happening is you are now changing as a person and therefore your world is reflecting your positive changes.
  • Since we attract what we are, you will begin to attract others who are feeling these positives changes as well. Many of the “negative” people in your life with begin to fall away, some will feel like they are becoming a challenge, and some will hang on tight to you.
