After Meditation

Immediately After Meditation:

  • You may feel a bit groggy
  • Open your eyes and stay seated for a few mins
  • Sip on your water
  • Don’t jump out of meditation and begin/continue your day as you can feel a bit dizzy. You have just gone into an almost dream-like state (depending on how deeply you meditated) so you will need to become grounded again.
  • Bring energy to your feet and legs
