Standing holding an object out in front of you. Close your eyes and ask yourself: is this good for me? Quietly wait for an answer. If your body wants it, your body with naturally move/sway forward toward it. If your body sways back/away from the object that means No. You can have someone watch for you or hold you so you don’t potentially fall over.
Forward = it’s good for you and backward = not good for you
